Our Return Policy Philosophy

At Honour Clothing Shop, we believe your bold fashion expression should be matched by confidence in your purchases. We stand behind the quality of our premium latex, leather, and fashion creations. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Intimate Apparel: Bras, Basques, and Bodies (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom-made Items: Handmade In The UK products and custom-fitted pieces
• Opened Latex Care Products: Once opened, latex care products cannot be returned
• Sale Items: Products purchased during clearance or special sales

Please note: All latex items must be returned in their original protective packaging and must not show any signs of wear or try-on.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return/exchange request
2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for return
3. Receive Authorization: We will email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
4. Pack Your Items: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached
5. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address (provided in your authorization email)

Return Shipping & Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timeline:

• Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
• Refund method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship the new item once we receive your return, using the same shipping method as your original order.

Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you need a different size or color, please indicate your preference in your return request. We will process your exchange once we receive your returned item.

For exchanges to a higher-priced item, you will be charged the difference plus any additional shipping costs. For exchanges to a lower-priced item, we will refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged area and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of defective items.

International Returns

As we serve customers worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote areas), international returns follow the same process. However, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees associated with international returns. We cannot mark returned items as “gifts” or declare a lower value.
